Stewardship for a Lifetime - Partners with Jesus

Partners with Jesus is a series of programs designed to help primary children discover the special benefits of stewardship. Each program involves 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders in discovering practical and exciting ways to include Jesus in their daily lives. As Partners with Jesus, they will learn to surrender their lives to God’s control and become God’s partners, joyfully exploring God’s wonderful plan for their lives.

During each day of the program children will learn about a different aspect of partnership including:

• Potential Partners-in-Progress
• Partners in Protecting the Earth
• Partners in Caring for Our Health
• Partners in Using Our Talents
• Partners in Handling Money
• Partners in Managing Time

As Partners with Jesus children will hear, see, and experience stewardship activities in individual and group activities. Children receive daily “job training” from the Bible and then go “on the job” at six “job stations,” including the pet shop, arts and crafts store, office supply store, yard sale and lemonade stand, bakery, and daycare center.

The program guide describes specifically how to use these activities for a traditional eight-day campmeeting. However, it will also work with Vacation Bible Schools, Neighborhood Bible Clubs, shorter campmeetings and conferences, and other children’s ministry events.
