God’s Special Gift—Me! helps beginner-age children investigate the wonders of their own bodies, with an emphasis on their five senses. Participants will smell, hear, taste, touch, and see as they experiment with observing, listening, and beginning to understand how the body was designed to be used.

This program also seeks to present stewardship on a beginner level. Beginners are not ready for the financial aspect of stewardship, but as they learn about and explore their own bodies, they are ready to begin to understand how they can appreciate and care for the bodies Jesus has given them. This will be taught daily by hands-on activities, stories, singing, and talking together.

This Bible-based, interactive program is designed primarily for a traditional eight-day campmeeting. However, it will also work with Vacation Bible School, shorter campmeetings, and other events. Each program is approximately 90 minutes in length. Suggestions are provided for adapting these programs to your needs.

The daily program guides identify the theme for the day and describe how to engage children in a variety of learning, feeling, and doing activities. Necessary equipment, daily supplies, and special preparations are also listed. Every scheduled meeting includes the same six program components: Activity Centers, Group Time, Bible Story Time, Snack and Activity Time, Bible Activities, and Closing.
