This is the latest in the series of handbooks for local church ministry, produced by the Ministerial Association of the General Conference. This handbook deals with the ministry of deacons and deaconesses of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and follows the policies pertaining to the beliefs and practices of the Seventh-day Adventist Church as outlined in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Manual. It is hoped that deacons and deaconesses will find this handbook helpful in fulfilling their day-to-day ministries in their local church.
