Today, the North American Division territory is a mission field. This region has the third largest block of unbelievers in the world, only after China and India. North America, along with Europe and Australia are the only continents where Christianity is declining as a percentage of the population.

this "Expedition Manual" is about leading cultural change for the sake of mission. It is a living document and meant to be a workbook with exercises for personal and corporate reflection. It is also a stip along a journey that will continue to evolve and develop as the concepts are further tested and utilized.

A journey into the unknown requires courage and a willingness to try new things. But let's take the leap! Great risks are often accompanied by great rewards. Jesus' words supply hope and courage: "I am with you always..."
