This booklet is intended to introduce the basic purpose, history, organization, and activities of Pathfinder Ministry to new staff or potential staff, while designed and focused on those with little to no experience with a Pathfinder Club. Experience shows that "old timers" can also receive a blessing by occasionally retaking these workshops to learn about new programs, concepts, and to hear new viewpoints from different presenters.
