The Pathfinder Instructor’s Award is designed to encourage excellence in teaching. This course is for directors, area coordinators, conference coordinators, and conference directors that are actively involved in training leaders. It includes sections on methods of facilitation, effective meeting procedures, understanding temperaments, training methods that work, organizing your presentation, and visual aids.
