1. Lea Éxodo 20:8-11, Isaías 58:13 y 14, 66:22 y 23 y conteste lo siguiente:

1. ¿Qué día de la semana es el sábado?
2. ¿Cuál es la primera palabra del cuarto mandamiento?
3. ¿Quién dice el cuarto mandamiento que creó todo?
4. ¿Cesará el sábado de existir? Explique.
5. Basado en la lectura, ¿por qué se debe esperar el sábado?

2. Decore una caja de sábado y ponga objetos adentro que ayudará hacer el sábado más agradable. Algunos ejemplos son:

1. Libros de historias bíblicas
2. Una lista de actividades para el sábado
3. Plastilina para ilustrar historias bíblicas
4. Libros de actividades cristianas
5. Sus ideas

3. Complete 2 o más de los siguientes proyectos que se pueden agregar a la caja de sábado:

1. Comience un pequeño álbum de recortes o de fotografías para guardar fotos y recuerdos especiales del sábado.
2. Decore un pequeño candelero de una vela votiva con cuentas, gemas u otros embellecimientos para ser usado viernes por la noche para recibir el sábado.
3. Haga un banderín de sábado.
4. Comience un cuaderno de sermones para grabar notas y dibujos pequeños para por lo menos 2 sermones donde asistió.
5. Haga un colgador de sábado para el pomo de la puerta para usar como recordatorio del sábado.
6. Haga un móvil de sábado/Creación con cuentas de colores y artículos de la naturaleza.

4. Dígale a un amigo algunas de sus cosas favoritas del sábado y muéstrele su caja de sábado.
5. Tenga una «bienvenida al sábado» en viernes con algunos amigos, familias de aventureros o su propia familia en su hogar.

1. Read and discuss the concepts of Sabbath. God meant for the Sabbath to be a delight, something that gives great pleasure and enjoyment. Sabbath is a day for resting from our busy work week, spending time with our Creator/Redeemer, fellowshipping with believers at church, spending time in nature, and doing good.
2. Wrap box with items like stickers, wrapping paper, etc. Be creative. Have fun.

4. If your club is blessed with non-Seventh-day Adventist Adventurers this award can be a wonderful teaching tool to show the Adventurers and their families how special God intended the Sabbath to be. Take extra time to explain when the Sabbath was created and why God gave us the Sabbath. Remember the Sabbath was made for people and not people for the Sabbath (Mark 2:27). Tell a friend, family member, or the club.
5. Have a prayer of blessing for each child and light some candles. Invite everyone to share what they are thankful to God for in the past week. You could also serve a light meal with fresh fruit and use fancy glasses/cups with grape juice.
